Construction ...

There's been some serious construction going on around our apartment. Apparently we live in a newer 'up & coming, trendy neighborhood'. With that, there has been a lot of road and building construction.




Here are a couple of the signs that they posted at one of the construction sites.

What's really happening in this series of events?

I think the meaning of this sign is obvious, but really, isn't that the owners job?
